Description[]
Rok is a brown gryfon with golden eyes. He wears a golden chain that he originally stole from Kjorn.
Personality[]
Rok is introduced as a cocky griffin. He is also bitter at Orn for exiling his family. When Kjorn returned to the Winderost to reclaim his birthright, Rok pledged his loyal to the gold prince. Rok eventually fell in love with Nilsine and begat Rorik whom Rok cares deeply.

Rok and his father Rokar were exiled from the Dawn Spire after Orn thought the two gryfons were much too loyal to Per, and that they would eventually betray him. It is mentioned by Fraenir that Rok tried to return to the Dawn Spire once, but Orn wouldn't have him. After this, Rok became a thief and rogue, harrying the Vanhar's borders whenever he could. He met Kjorn when the prince washed up near his shore while searching for his wingbrother. Rok imprisons Kjorn, hoping to take him to the Vanhar so they would be given food. He was, however, defeated by the Vanhar and taken into custody instead. Rok and Frida both escape from the Vanhar, but Fraenir stayed behind. |

Rok first appears with Freanir, Frida and the painted wolf Makya when Kjorn first washes up on the shores. He takes Kjorn captive, before deciding to take him to the Vanhar. He seems to have a hatred for Kjorn, as he doesn't want anything to do with the prince. Flying in soon! |
